EMDR

Sometimes, the past doesn’t stay in the past — it lingers in our thoughts, our bodies, and our reactions. Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy designed to help you process and move through painful or traumatic experiences.

EMDR is one of the tools I may use to help clients.  I weave EMDR into our work when it feels right for you —  as a way to gently and safely access the parts of your experience that might still feel overwhelming, confusing, or unresolved.
