At times life can be overwhelming: loneliness, divorce, grief, parenting or work challenges. Even natural transitions can throw us off. Coping with difficult feelings alone can be daunting. I provide a safe, confidential space, in which to identify and work through what is troubling you. You can expect to explore unresolved issues, bringing greater understanding of yourself and your patterns of relating. I am interested in discovering the roles you take within families, couples and work.
